Job Description – Event Manager cum Sales Executive
Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Manager cum Sales Executive to oversee event planning, execution, and sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end event operations, generating business through sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and social events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage on-ground event logistics including setup, registrations, and client servicing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for events.
• Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports.

Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the event and hospitality sector.
• Pitch event concepts and solutions to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, packages, and close deals.
