Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join Badsha Legal, a full-service law firm specializing in Healthcare laws that represents Fortune 500 Companies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contracts and agreements, expertise in corporate and commercial laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong research skills, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stay updated on changes and consistently research amendments in applicable laws, including corporate law, data protection, and commercial regulations.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel to corporate clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Service Level Agreements (SLA), Licensing Agreements, Service Agreements, Data Transfer Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Memorandum of Association (MoA), and Material Transfer Agreements.
