What You'll Be Doing
-Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete and other materials.
-Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
-Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
-Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
-Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
Conditions of Employment
-Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
-Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and ******* testing.
Work Environment
-Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
