Job Description
We are hiring for the position of BPO Telecaller for an insurance renewal process. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and assisting them with insurance renewal procedures. This is a full-time role with general day shifts from +:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The job involves working 6 days a week.
Job Requirements:
• The minimum qualification required is HSC (12th pass)
• Average communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
• Previous experience in telecalling or BPO is preferred, but freshers are also welcome
• Familiarity with domestic voice processes and calling in a domestic BPO environment
• Ability to handle telephonic conversations with customers in a professional manner
