12th Pass Fresher-Exp / Call Center / Day Shift / BPO Telecaller
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan recovery
• Communicate effectively to follow up on pending loan payments
• Maintain professionalism and patience during customer interactions
• Document call details accurately and escalate issues as needed
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly recovery targets
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Good communication skills required
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Work Details:
• Full-time, on-site position
• Shift timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Interview rounds: HR and Operations
