Customer Care Executive
WORK RESPONSIBILITY
• Making outbound calls :
Candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers. They may have a list of leads or a specific target audience to contact.
• Conducting sales or marketing calls:
Candidate often engage in sales or marketing activities, such as promoting products or services, explaining their features and benefits, and persuading customers to make a purchase or take a desired action.
• Handling inbound calls:
Candidate may also receive incoming calls from customers inquiring about products, services, or seeking assistance. They need to provide accurate information, address queries, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships:
Candidate needs to play a crucial role in building relationships with customers. They need to be polite, friendly, and professional while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
• Meeting sales targets :
Candidate are often assigned specific sales targets or key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve. They need to work towards meeting or exceeding these targets by making a certain number of calls, generating leads, and closing sales.
• Updating and maintaining records :
Candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, sales made, and any relevant information.
• Following scripts and guidelines :
Candidate may be provided with scripts, guidelines, or standard operating procedures (SOPs) to follow during their calls. They need to adhere to these instructions while communicating with customers to maintain consistency and ensure quality.
• Resolving customer complaints :
Telecallers may encounter dissatisfied customers or handle complaints during their calls. They should have good problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, escalate issues if required, and strive for effective resolution.
• Adhering to policies and regulations :
Telecallers must comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements while making calls. This includes maintaining customer privacy, following telemarketing rules, and obtaining necessary permissions if required

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
