About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at RSL LifeCare, you will deliver clinical care in the home environment supporting clients to stay living in their home and connected to their community.
Deliver clinical care in the home environment.
Embody a person-centred approach.
Ensure thorough clinical assessment and planning of care delivered.
Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications.
Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical professionals.

About You
We are looking for individuals with demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration.
Australian Working Rights.
Current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle.
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check.
