About the Role –
We are looking for an Operations Executive who would be executing Conferences, Seminars and all events, ensuring that all logistics requirement are carried out according to the event plans. One can manages the event plans and work closely with other department to ensure that all the operational requirements of the events are fulfilled
The work life of Operations Executive would be –
1. Operational Planning with Senior Management for corporate events
2. Vendor Management & Coordination
3. Hotel Booking
4. Execution of Event
5. Good in negotiation
6. Comfortable with travelling in different cities.
Requirements –
1. Any Graduate with 1 year of Experience in Event Industry
2. Good Problem solving & Decision-Making Skills
3. Strong Communication Skills
4. Negotiation Skills
