About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to design programs that enhance employee engagement and provide structure around implementation.
• Research, plan, and present programs that support company values and philosophy, integrating these values into management practices.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of programs to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames.
• Maintain programs on track and meeting deadlines, collaborating in the development and implementation of employee programs and initiatives.
Talent Sentiments and Feedback
Manage the Talent Sentiments program, facilitating regular employee feedback to ensure a great work culture is maintained. Assess people experiences across the organization through various forums and provide insights to leaders.
Learning and Development
Partner with leaders to identify learning needs, research, and recommend opportunities. Facilitate the implementation and execution of learning programs.
Initiatives and Projects
Proactively review current procedures and initiate changes where necessary. Escalate issues to stakeholders as required. Support assigned HR projects and initiatives, performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Relevant experience as an HR Generalist or Program Manager.
• Strong aptitude for learning and managing other HR areas.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management and global leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5-10 years of professional experience in handling various HR responsibilities.
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
