Job Title: IT Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for technology products and services in line with the bank&aposs overall business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for the bank.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide guidance on procurement processes and best practices.
• Monitor and track vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and vendor performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
