Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at Churches of Christ in Queensland. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and interventions.

Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and monitor bespoke care plans.

Monitor and document resident health status and progress, making referrals as needed.

Educate families about health conditions and medications.

Provide guidance and support to our team of dedicated care workers.

About You

You are a current registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

You have strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You are able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You have a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

You have a National Police Check or are able to obtain one.
