Job Title: Legal Recruiter (UK SHIFT)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)

Salary: Competitive as per industry standard

• Timings: 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST*

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Legal Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top legal professionals within leading law firms, corporate legal departments, and alternative legal service providers across the UK. This role requires a strong understanding of the UK legal market, legal practice areas, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements, along with exceptional networking skills and a passion for connecting legal talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview solicitors, barristers, legal executives, paralegals, compliance officers, and contract managers for various roles within top-tier law firms, boutique practices, and in-house legal teams.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, managing partners, and general counsel, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.

- Utilise various recruitment tools, legal job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Law Gazette, and specialist legal directories to attract top legal talent.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including headhunting, legal market mapping, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Stay up to date with UK legal industry trends, salary benchmarks, regulatory updates (SRA, BSB, CILEX), and market intelligence.

- Provide career coaching, CV reviews, and interview preparation to legal professionals.

- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and legal recruitment databases.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in legal recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search within an agency or in-house setting.

- Strong knowledge of the UK legal system, practice areas (corporate law, litigation, real estate, employment law, IP, compliance, financial services regulation), and legal career pathways.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with partners, associates, and legal support staff.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple vacancies and legal mandates simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software, LinkedIn Recruiter, legal networking platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on business development and client engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
