Job Description
Olymbec is currently seeking a Carpenter to join our construction team. By joining us, you will become a key member of our commercial and residential project initiatives.
We are looking for a carpenter-joiner with experience in interior systems who will be under the supervision of a Project Manager and VP of Construction
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Erect walls and prepare flooring;
Install exterior cladding and insulation;
Install exterior doors and windows;
Perform other related tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry and installation of residential and commercial interior systems;
Must hold a CCQ card with code 160; journeyman level;
Must hold a valid Quebec driver’s license;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Strong communication skills in French;
Good physical condition, able to handle long hours and lift heavy materials;
Ability to work well in a team.
