• Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Job Responsibilities
• Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet report
• Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements and controlling expenditure and cash flow
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
• Preparing and filing tax returns
• Conduct financial planning and analysis & make the report of the same.
• Auditing and analyzing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Coordinating with banks & processing online payments and bank statements, GST Returns
• Bank Liaison- Interest checking, Timely payment of EMIs/Repayments/Interest, etc.
• Participating in internal and external audits
• Keeping account books and systems up to date
Job Requirements
• CA with 4 - 6 years of experience in the similar role
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, principles, and taxation
• Excellent Knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Must have worked on SAP
• Strong analytical and problem skills
• Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
