Machine Operator NEEDED -- INTERVIEW THIS WEEK
$22+ ALL SHIFTS NEEDED
Job Description:
• The work environment is fast-paced and involves working with various materials and technologies.
• The company is a leading manufacturer of vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials, with a focus on industries such as aerospace, wind energy, marine, automotive, printed circuit board, solar energy, and general FRP composites.
• Employees must comply with safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Check operating controls and safety of equipment prior to operation.
• Obtain material for processing from inventory bins and advise supervisor if damaged, defective, or missing material is found.
• Set up machines based on production orders.
• Monitor material quality for any defects and adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Label and pack finished products as produced on the machine per work order instructions.
• Review work orders and drawings to resolve conflicts.
• Wear a respirator to perform machine setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Comply with OHSA safety standards when performing job duties.
• Notify supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards.
Additional Information:
Extrusion Department:
• 2 Positions: Schedule - 1C: 7am-3:30pm, OFF Wed and Thurs, $22.75/hr. (Trains on 2A, 3pm-11:30pm, Off Fri and Sat, $22.50 for 3-4 months)
• 1 Position: Schedule - 1D: 11pm-7:30am, OFF Tues/Wed, $22.75/hr. (Trains on 2A, 3pm-11:30pm, Off Fri and Sat, $22.50 for 3-4 months)
• Should be flexible to work Overtime
• Overtime is on a volunteer basis.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $22.75/hr.
