Job Description
Requirements:
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Windows installations and software configuration
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of issues
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
Responsibilities:
• Deliver efficient, high-quality remote IT support
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager)
• Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues, including mail flow and client configuration
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of completed work
• Ensure cyber security best practices are followed at all times
