Job Summary :
Concentrix is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for International Customer Support roles (Chat & Voice Processes) at our Gurugram office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates looking to start or grow their career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries and complaints from international clients via chat or voice.
Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
Adhere to company policies and work standards during all customer interactions.
Working Details :
5 Days Working (2 rotational offs per week)
Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)
Work Mode : Work from Office (Gurugram location only)
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience : Fresher-friendly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Salary Structure (In-hand):
Upto 33k per month + good incentives
