Job DescriptionThe PCM is responsible for the component project tasks regarding time/quality/cost. The PCM reports the progress of the component project, especially in case of deviations of the targets to PjM and TPM. The PCM involves expert teams as nedded PCM supports PjM/TPM in customer meetings if necessary.Key tasks & responsibilities:Define detailed project schedule at component levelHandling of technical requests.Organize and moderate the PCMe.Set-up the Project Management Plan of the Component Project if not included in project PMPPlan project costs, setup, maintain and track Development Orders (DO/EA) for components.Ensure the fulfilment of project targets on component level and report status on adequate level.Track the component development schedule (compatible with project milestones actual vs. plan).Ensure customer sample quality and timingManage component requirementsEnsure process compliance.Select and manage suppliersPerform Risk Management. on component levelQualificationsBE / BTech / ME / MtechExperience Experienced in software development and design (using Embedded C/Matlab/Other modeling tools)Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects. Should have at least 1-3 years of prior experience as Project ManagerStrong process management, project management, stakeholder management, requirement management and team handling skillsWillingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forwardExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills is a mustAutomotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindsetExperience in working with International /Inter-Cultural teamsHands on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics,Risk)Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposalsGood knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standardKnowledge of Eclipse development environmentExperience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS, Clear Case etc)Personal skillsResult orientation and strong focus on deliverablesAnalytical competence and structured approachCooperation/coordination abilitiesGood Leadership skillsGood Communication SkillsAble to
