Job Description
The purpose of the human resource internship position is to develop college students that are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business management, or a similar field. The HR Intern will gain exposure to various aspects of human resources, shadowing team members and leaders in areas such as talent, compliance, HR process, operations, and business partner activities. The role offers hands on learning and the opportunity to observe and contribute to HR processes, as needed.
The position is temporary, nonexempt, part-time/hourly.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include assisting with project work, creating presentations and reports, conducting analyses, and supporting day-to-day HR Operations.
• Supports all activities in the human resources department.

Qualifications
• Must be a college student, second year or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office preferred (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to create advanced presentations in PowerPoint preferred
