Who You Are
Ability to work within a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated customer and client-service skills
Knowledge of skilled trades and experience in assisting with an experienced skilled Tradesperson
What You’ll Do
Provide support to all areas of the facilities
Inspect, install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures
Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and other maintenance-related duties
Participate in training for Maintenance and other organizational-related initiatives
Must be willing to travel to our other WAHA sites
What You Bring
Successful completion of a Plumber Apprenticeship program
Experience providing maintenance to an aging facility in a remote location
Current Ministry of Colleges and Universities (of Ontario) Certificate of Qualification in the certified trade of “Plumber”
Maintain a valid Certificate of Qualification as a Plumber
Experience as an apprentice is considered an asset

Salary: $76,252.80 - $83,179.20
