About the Role:
Reporting to: Agency General Manager NZ

Employment Type: 12 Months Fixed Term, Full-Time

Work Location: Auckland

As an Agency Graduate, you will rotate across key departments to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong understanding of end-to-end shipping, logistics, and commercial operations. You will support teams through analytical, administrative, and project-based work while building the skills needed for a successful career within the CMA CGM Group.

The role and responsibilities will include:
Rotating through key departments to gain broad exposure to customer care, sales, operations, logistics, and value-added services
Providing analytical and administrative support, including reporting, performance monitoring, and data analysis
Supporting customer and sales teams by managing enquiries and assisting with day-to-day operational activities
Assisting with special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
Providing additional support during peak periods and acting as cover during team leave where required

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, business, international business, or a related discipline
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced setting
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems

To be eligible for this role, you must hold full work rights in New Zealand for the entire duration of the contract.
