We're looking for graduates from a wide range of disciplines who are passionate about developing their skills, grabbing opportunities and providing exceptional customer experiences, to join us for our 12–24-month rotational program, commencing in February 2026.
When you join us as a grad, you’ll:

Develop well rounded skills and exposure through our rotational program, while making a real difference for our customers and wider community.
Connect with peers and inspirational leaders who will invest in your growth & development.

Being a CommBank grad means you’ll:
Develop leadership skills & technical skills to future-proof and accelerate your career growth. You’ll attend three conferences during the 12-month groupwide learning program, hearing from internal and external industry experts.
Be supported with a dedicated buddy, program manager and rotational leaders, so you can feel confident navigating your work, and your career.
Build relationships with your cohort as well as senior leaders across the business. It’s not all strictly business though, you’ll also have the change to connect socially, join employee led networks and volunteer individually or with your team.

Most teams have adopted a hybrid approach to working, with at least half their time each month connecting in one of our office locations. We’re a ll about achieving the best outcomes for our customers, our teams and you.

Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident at the time of application and
Are in your final year of your overall university degree, or completed your final subject within the last 24 months and
Have achieved at least a credit average in your overall university degree
