Please note, to be eligible for the programmes you must already hold a bachelor’s degree as well as certain English language proficiencies.

There are two school-based teacher training programmes. These programmes are for one year and lead to New Zealand teacher registration.

TTI – The Teachers’ Institute, https://www.teachersinstitute.org.nz/

ASTTP – Auckland Secondary Teacher Training Programme, https://www.schoolbasedtraining.org/
