Your Westpac Grad Journey
You’ll step into a permanent Graduate role, starting February 2026.
Experience a 12, 18 or 24-month rotational journey, depending on your program.
Be supported by a dedicated network of peers, leaders and mentors.

Eligibility
We welcome applications from those:
In their final year of university study, or who completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past three years.
Australian or New Zealand citizens, or Australian Permanent Residents.
