You will help conduct research and development activities within the chemicals and coatings sector
You will need to be proficient in formulation preparation, data acquisition, result reporting, equipment troubleshooting, and data analysis
You will report to the Manager within your department
Maintain a safe working environment
Follow laboratory safety protocols including wearing task-specific PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Follow internally-established procedures to support R&D projects
Document data and processes in PPG Electronic Laboratory Notebook and Reporting systems
Communicate with others within and outside of projects
Analyze results through statistical methodologies
Exhibit initiative in the execution of assignments
Participate in implementing process improvements
