Responsibilities:
Able to manage end to end CWF operations
Work with Hiring managers to educate on hiring process, requisitions, extensions etc.
Manage business relationship with Stakeholders and suppliers
Able to analyze problem and work on resolution
Responsible to enforce CWF Governance
Responsible to track and report Vendor Performance
Work with cross functional team like Procurement & Legal
Able to manage delivery within established SLA and guidelines
Requirement:
Masters / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 7 year's experience in Contingent Workforce Operations or Managed Services Programme
Prior experience managing Vendor Management Applications such asBeeline or Fieldglass is essential
Well versed in supplier relationship and vendor contracts governance & risk framework
Good Oraland written communication skills
