Job Description: Interior Designer
Location: Goregaon
Exp:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 2D visualizations to clients for their approval.
Create detailed interior design plans, including space planning, furniture layout, material selection, and color schemes. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, to communicate design intent to contractors and vendors.
Oversee and manage the implementation of design projects, including site visits, progress inspections, and coordination of installations.
Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and cutting-edge designs.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client communication. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities and ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications: 3 yrs Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
A relevant design certification or licensure is a plus.
Proven experience working as an Interior Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, color theory, and material selection. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to interior design.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
A passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
