Job Description
• Assist in the design and detailing of mechanical equipment including screw conveyors, dust collectors, silos, hoppers, and supporting structures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to generate Bill of Materials (BOM), GA drawings, and part lists.
• Support in calculations for sizing components such as screw diameters, drive power, flow rates, etc.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials, manufacturing processes, and design methodologies
• Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards and company specifications.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams for design clarifications and part feasibility
• Prepare 2D fabrication drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
• Maintain drawing records, revision history, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Selection of products to match customer's requirement / application.
• Daily report to Senior Team Member / Manager
