Hume ek aise energetic aur organized Back-end Staff ki talaash hai jo hamare office ke daily operations, data management, aur administrative tasks ko sambhaal sake. Aapka kaam ye ensure karna hoga ki office ka paperwork aur digital data up-to-date rahe.Key Responsibilities (Mukhya Zimmedariyan)Data Entry: Company ke portal ya Excel sheets mein accurate data entry karna.
Documentation: Files, invoices, aur records ko sahi dhang se maintain aur organize karna.
Back-end Support: Sales ya Operations team ko unke daily tasks mein assist karna.
Reporting: Daily, weekly, aur monthly reports taiyar karna (Excel ka use karke).
Communication: Clients ya vendors ke saath emails aur calls ke zariye coordination karna.
Office Supplies: Office ke stationary aur pantry stocks ka dhyan rakhna.

Computer Proficiency: MS Office (khaas karke Advanced Excel aur Word) ki acchi jaankari.
Typing Speed: Tez aur accurate typing speed (Hindi aur English dono ho toh behtar).
Attention to Detail: Chhoti se chhoti galti ko pakadne ki kshamta.
Communication: Email likhne aur phone par baat karne ka professional tarika.
Time Management: Ek saath kai kaam (Multitasking) karne ki kabliyat.
