Ability to read and understand warning labels, instructions, signs and similar information

Ability to effectively compile results from the sieve machine

Ability to effectively work in a relatively independent manner

Ability to motivate and organize labor with an awareness of safety considerations

Ability to supervise multiple tasks concurrently

Must be Forklift certified

Work requires bending to check and adjust machinery as necessary; ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds

High school graduate or equivalent

Frequent exposure to dust, sand, gravel, loud noise, extreme heat, and all-weather conditions

Employee maintains the standard policies and procedures of the company

Oversees all production and warehouse employees

Accomplishes all production requirements

Schedules the next day's production

Monitors raw material inventory required for production

Orders raw materials for production

Leads in and maintains all safety and plant policies

Oversight of production weights

Oversight of Quality

Maintains required production reports

Coordinates with office on current and future order requirements

Maintains the min/max quantities required for standard products

Coordinates with maintenance to assure efficient running systems

Oversees drying operation and raw material requirements

Provides process training for production personnel on operating systems

Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Normal operation of mobile equipment may result in recurring jarring and vibratory exposure
