Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to manage internal and external communication through emails and provide administrative support. The role involves receiving incoming emails, categorizing them, and forwarding them to the respective departments, as well as sharing outgoing communication as instructed. The Back Office Assistant will also maintain proper records of correspondence, assist with documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups between departments. This position is well-suited for someone who can coordinate effectively, stay organized, and support smooth day-to-day operations within the company.
Qualifications
- Skills in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, especially Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
