Position: Growth Data Analyst

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to implement data-driven insights and strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth and improve user experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on growth and user engagement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with A/B testing and other experimental methodologies.
