The Business Banking Operations team plays a vital role in supporting the diverse needs of business banking customers. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional operational support, ensuring seamless banking experiences for our customers.
Impact & Contribution
• Assist customers in achieving their objectives
• Be a highly motivated team member with self-starter skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional time management and customer service skills (Internal and External)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Process customer requests and documentation within agreed timelines while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Adhere to policy and procedure, meeting or exceeding established Service Level Agreement
• Take ownership of work quality and ensure adherence to highest standards
• Apply sound risk management practices by identifying and responding to risks as necessary
• Provide high-quality internal customer service by collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
• Raise continuous improvement suggestions during tasks
• Perform additional tasks assigned by your Manager within safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate understanding of CBA Business Banking products
Essential Skills
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• A dynamic professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by sound judgment
• Impressive interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with Australian frontline teams and leading lenders
• Demonstrate curiosity and ability to investigate
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or Commerce
