What you’ll be doing: - This person will apply different Analytics in various areas of Tele-Collections - Collection of Data Analysis for performance improvement - Client relationship and coordination - Investigate Historical Data for product debt - Analyze the segment to identify performance gaps/ Steps that are missed - Maintain and Update collections SOPs on a time-to-time basis. - Weekly and Monthly business reviews, presentations with clients - Dialer Management - Pri/DID's/Port understanding - Tele collection and Team handling What we’re looking for: - A person should come with previous experience of 3 to 5 years in Tele Collection and Strategy - Working knowledge of MS- Excel, databases, Powerpoint - Good communication skills verbal and writing What’s in it for you?
