3 Star Hotel Operations Manager
Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Hotel team and oversee the daily operations of our hotel located in ALigarh .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to drive the hotel’s success in a competitive market.
Must have been a GM for at least 3 years preferably with a Chain Hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overseeing Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the hotel's budget, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
• Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing strategies to attract guests, increase occupancy rates, and boost revenue.
• Compliance: Ensure the hotel complies with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the hotel's owners or board on financial performance, operational efficiency, and staff performance.
