Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, Day-shift, 40hrs/week)
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $42.00-$44.00 per hour
$2.00 Lead Hand Wage Premium, if applicable
Signing Bonus: $5000.00 for licensed 310T Journey-person
Profit-Sharing Bonuses: Paid quarterly, up to $1500.00
Training Bonuses: Up to $3,000.00 for Manufacturer and Technician Training
Annual Performance Reviews: Opportunities for increases
Health Insurance: 100% paid by the organization

Position Responsibilities:
Repairs & Maintenance:
Conduct and complete safety inspections.
Perform troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and PDIs (pre-delivery inspections) on a variety of heavy equipment.
Diagnose issues with custom niche equipment.
Conduct repairs efficiently, communicating effectively with the Service Writer and Parts team.
Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections.
Maintain an organized and safe work area and shop tools.
Specialized Equipment:
Our skilled technicians work on a variety of specialized equipment, including vac trucks, hydro vacs, combo builds, street sweepers, trackless, refuse, and recycling trucks. From preventative maintenance to diagnostics and repairs, you'll be hands-on with it all.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
Truck & Coach Technician (310T).
5+ years’ experience as a Licensed Mechanic preferred.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work.
