As a part of role, your responsibility includes: The position in question is within the Database as a Services (DBaaS) department which is responsible for providing all operational Database services You will collaborate with a team of Oracle database administrators based out of Singapore and Pune, providing day to day production and development support for an estate of 6000 databases across multiple regions in APAC, EMEA and AMERICAS You will provide 2nd line value services such as architectural/strategic/project/application design consultancy to a diverse client base incorporating Front and Back office business units You are expected to diagnose and resolve real-time incidents, performance issues and implement planned maintenance activities The role requires both weekend work and shift working.
