Job description
The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:
Experience in handling commercial projects (must)
Experience in understanding the basics of CAD drawings and layouts
Site Mapping
Create architectural designs based on input and feedback
Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs.
Adhere to all industry standards in design
Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs
Oversee and manage the site staff
Managing a complete project as well as the interior of the project.
- Attend meetings to resolve technical and project issues
- Ensure completion of the project as per schedule.
- Implement quality control standards and be result-oriented.
Desired Background
5+ years of experience working in commercial architectural design
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design (M.Arch preferred)
Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
A person should be a go-getter, energetic, willing to learn, and presentable
