We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable, competent and committed Mechanical/Production engineers, who can take ownership of 3D CAD and CAM (2D and 3D modelling and VMC programming) activities for the organization, can convert ideas into reality and enable and drive business growth, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. This job requires Full time working from office and we are looking for Immediate joiners with B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Production. THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB IN OFFICE. CANDIDATES LOOKING FOR WORK FROM HOME SHOULD NOT APPLY Work Location: 22-23-24, Dharma Industrial Estate, Gat Number 74-75, Jyotiba Nagar, Talwade, Nigdi, Pune 411 062. G-Map Location: https://goo.gl/maps/QfifAggZXMq77+4K+ Work Timings: + am to 6 pm between Friday to Wednesday and weekly off on Thursday Responsibilities: Study design briefs and determine requirements Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications. Understand GD&T and apply it during the programming process. Design, develop and engineer high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools Use of CAM programming on multi-axis mill-turn machines. Determine optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup. Understand and implement work holding for manufacturing processes. In-house Tool Manufacturing/grinding Plan and execute manufacturing processes individually or as a team Use of CAD to create part models and geometry as needed. Create documentation for assembly drawings, Bill of Materials etc. Develop a standard library of commonly used CAD parts that can be built into a digital toolbox. Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation. Theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge in computer systems, analysis, programming, and engineering Be flexible to design fixtures, small machines and 3D product modelling as per organization’s requirement Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of work in case of organizational need/requirements Skills/personal qualities: Good Attitude, responsibly taking ownership and good work ethic Tool Room Experience preferred Machining knowledge and strong CAM and/or G-CODE programming fundamentals VISHWASYA TECHNOLOGIESS PRIVATE LIMITED Ability to ask the right questions efficiently to gain the correct understanding of the assignment. Training and associated certifications or a degree in CAD/CAM would be preferred Spatial imagination and methodical understanding Hands-on expertise in using various designing software and technologies such as Fusion360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro E, Catia, Solid Edge, MasterCAM, DelCAM, CAMWorks, SolidCAM, MS office etc. and flexibility to adopt and learn new tools and technologies Good Knowledge of Die Mould, Tool Room, Materials and various manufacturing processes, Machine Tools and Cutting Tools is preferred. Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts. Great attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written – English and Hindi (Marathi – optional), organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate must pass all background checks, educational verification and drug testing.
