Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled 3D Designer with 2–3 years of experience in event and exhibition stall design. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, understand event layouts, and be able to convert concepts into high-quality 3D renders and working drawings.
This role involves working closely with the Events team to conceptualize, design, and deliver immersive event setups and exhibition booth designs.
Key Responsibilities
Create 3D designs for corporate events, exhibition stalls, stages, pavilions, and event setups.
Convert creative briefs and client requirements into realistic 3D renders and detailed layouts.
Work on stage designs, branding layouts, expo stalls, thematic installations, and experience zones.
Collaborate with the events team, production team, and vendors to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and fabrication-friendly.
Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, and line drawing design outputs when required.
Revise and adapt designs based on client feedback and internal inputs.
Ensure timely delivery of concepts for pitches, presentations, and live projects.
Stay updated with design trends in events and exhibitions
Skills & Qualifications
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a 3D Designer in events or exhibitions in an agency environment.
Strong proficiency in:
3ds Max
V-Ray / Corona
AutoCAD
Photoshop
(Knowledge of SketchUp, Blender, or Unreal Engine is an added advantage.)
Ability to understand fabrication materials, event structures, and production techniques.
Strong sense of space, color, lighting, and aesthetics.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and practical understanding.
