Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced 3D Designer with a strong background in creating 3D models specifically for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural visualization, with the ability to bring building designs, floor plans, and interior spaces to life through realistic and detailed 3D models. As a 3D Designer, you will collaborate with our development and marketing teams to create high-quality visuals that enhance our real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes based on architectural plans, sketches, and CAD designs.
- Rendering: Produce photorealistic renders of real estate projects, including exteriors, interiors, and aerial views, for marketing materials and client presentations.
- Virtual Tours & Walkthroughs: Develop interactive 3D tours and walkthroughs that allow clients to explore properties in a virtual environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that 3D models accurately reflect the project’s vision and specifications.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) for modeling, rendering, and creating virtual experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all 3D models and renders meet high-quality standards and are consistent with the project’s objectives.
- Optimization: Optimize 3D assets for various platforms, including web, mobile, and AR/VR environments.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and implement innovative solutions in your work.
• Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a 3D Designer with a portfolio showcasing 3D models and renders of real estate projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar. Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona is a plus.
- Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building structures, and interior design.
- Creativity: Exceptional artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AR/VR and creating immersive virtual tours.
- Familiarity with CAD software and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Knowledge of real estate marketing and presentation techniques.
