Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings.
• Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches and supervision.
• Provide efficient modeling and converting of drawings from CAD and other modeling packages.
• Work on Architectural and Interiors 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering on visuals.
• Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior and landscape and using V-Ray, Corona Render.
• Prepare final renders and presentations for clients.
• Work closely with design team.
• Stay updated with latest software used in the visualization field and research and decide on materials and products to achieve realistic images.
Required Skills:
• 1 to 5 years of experience in designing residential interior spaces, ideally with international projects experience.
• Excellent level of proficiency with 3d max, Corona, V-ray, Photoshop, After Effects, Sketchup, AutoCAD is a must.
• Experience in producing high quality architectural/interior still, 360 images and animations.
• Fully conversant in using an creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and knowledge of related visualization techniques and photo realistic rendering techniques.
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes and proficient modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines
