Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed and accurate 3D designs and visualizations for commercial office spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to develop design concepts.
• Prepare high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs using 3Ds Max, Vray, Google SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Interpret and transform 2D layouts into 3D visual presentations.
• Ensure designs align with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
• Work closely with the execution team to ensure seamless implementation of designs on-site.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior designing, specifically for commercial office spaces.
• Proficiency in 3Ds Max, Vray, Google SketchUp, and AutoCAD is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial office space designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Strong visualization and spatial design skills.
