Job Description
This role requires 2 - 4 years of work experience along with:
- Good understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and its workings.
-Deliver high resolution renders from Unreal engine render queue with full understanding of the overall design process and the pipeline.
- Experience with Sculpting 3d Human characters using Industry standard tools would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of facial proportions, body proportions and how to represent diverse characters.
- Using the body rig and face rig to create realistic poses and expressions using reference images.
- Creating lighting to match the environment or the backdrop.
- Follow design references and work in a range of styles: Must have an eye to capture the details from the provided references, and create the 3D models accordingly.
- Solid understanding of visual language texture, colour, dimension, scale, perspective, lighting, shade, composition, depth of field, proportion, etc.
- Expertise in Photoshop for creating/editing textures: Must know how to use Photoshop in texturing processes. Knowledge of some post production aspects in photoshop would be preferable.
-Some rudimentary understanding of cloth simulations and physics inside unreal engine for a real time render.
- Must have the knowledge of basic texturing and unwrapping.
- Willingness to constantly learn and adapt in a high energy start-up environment.
-Experience in lighting and rendering a final scene would be preferable.
-Understanding the FK/IK rigs on a character and the animation timeline in Unreal engine to create some real time animations.
- Portfolio is a must.
