Responsibilities and Duties
As a 3D Developer, will work closely with our platform engineers, to develop technologies that push the boundaries of 3D environment generation and visualization.
You'll be responsible for working with the platform team to build the 3D graphics pipeline using unreal engine and C++
Research and push the state-of-the-art in procedural world generation and photorealism while ensuring reliability.
Strategise and brainstorm new product features and direction.
In addition, you will lead the efforts in our technological research of new capabilities, solutions, and paving the way to our scalable solution.
Qualifications
• Experience working with Unreal engine
• 2 or more years of experience in C++
• 2 or more years of professional experience using C++/Python (or similar languages) for procedural CG content creation and/or pipeline development.
• Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry, calculus and linear algebra)
• Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools (preferably Git)
• Ability and eagerness to respectfully deliver, receive, and analyze candid feedback (both verbal and written)
• Ability to take ownership of simulation projects from end-to-end
Nice to have
• Experience with physics simulation
• Worked on a large open-world game in Unreal
• Familiarity with modern 3D content authoring techniques and real-time rendering concepts (UVs, LODs, instancing, etc.)
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with Python
• Basic AI/ML knowledge
• Experience with Houdini
