3D Lighting and Rendering Artist

Ensure there is consistency in lighting, color balance and mood between the various elements of a shot or scene.

· Need to work closely with the rendering and compositing departments to understand what is required at the next stage and ensure their material is easy to use and delivered on time.

· Create or implement light rigs from either on set reference or concept art.

· Management of volumetric light setups, including shadowing and couloirs development,

· Collaborate with departments concerned by lighting work.

· Working with shadows to create depth and realism.

· Ensure shots meet render requirements and create efficient rendering setups in order to optimize render farm usage

· Pre-Comp shots

· Working with the supervisors and the leads to achieve the correct visual in Compositing.

· Must have knowledge of passes and their utilization.
