Develop a customized training curriculum for engineers focusing on 3D rendering
Conduct hands-on training sessions on 3D rendering tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, or similar software
Teach key rendering techniques, including lighting, texturing, material design, and optimization
Provide real-world examples and projects to help engineers apply their learning
Offer guidance on troubleshooting rendering issues and improving output quality
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure training content aligns with company projects and goals
Evaluate and provide feedback on engineers’ progress throughout the training
