We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualizer with expertise in interior and exterior rendering and walkthrough animations. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization abilities, technical proficiency in rendering software, and the capability to transform design concepts into high-quality photorealistic visuals suitable for client presentations and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for interior and exterior projects
• Create realistic walkthrough animations and presentation videos
• Interpret architectural drawings and design concepts into detailed 3D models
• Apply lighting, textures, materials, and landscaping elements accurately
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers to ensure design accuracy
• Prepare compelling visual presentations for client meetings
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently
Experience Requirement
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization
• Proven experience in interior and exterior rendering projects
• Portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders and walkthrough animations
Required Qualifications
• Graduation or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field from a reputed institute
• Software Proficiency
Strong working knowledge of:
• SketchUp
• 3Ds Max
• Lumion
• V-Ray
• Or similar 3D modeling and rendering software
• Knowledge of Photoshop or post-production tools is an advantage
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and composition
• Attention to detail and photorealistic output quality
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Good communication skills for internal coordination and client presentations
• Strong visualization and conceptual interpretation skills
Additional Requirements
• Must be currently residing in Gurgaon (preferably near Sector 62)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
• Strong presentation and visualization skills
