Note, this is not a full-time position. The ideal does not need a full-time salary form this position (or works as a freelancer), but does not have the commitments of a full-time job.

E-3, EB-3, EB-1-C, H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, L-1, TN, Green Card based on marriage, Citizenship, and PERM Processing
I.
Responsibilities
• Assist with developing case strategy
• Prepare forms
• Draft cover/company letters
• Revise/improve client-provided documents
• Review documentary evidence and provide feedback
• Prepare final draft of case submission
• Proofread work before sending draft to handling attorney
• Attend team meeting twice a week via Zoom (currently mid-day PST on Tuesdays and mornings PST on Thursdays)
• Communicate with Clients about case matters.

Qualifications
• Must be licensed to practice law in any US state and in good standing with state bar;
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience handing employment-based immigration matters;
• Meticulous and detail-oriented;
• Excellent communicator (via email, Zoom, phone, etc.), with impeccable writing skills;
• Ability to work with a team, but needs little supervision to produce quality work;
• Quick learner/able to use several types of software (Clio, Monday, Docketwise, etc);
• Completes assignments in a timely manner (on or before the deadline).

LOCATION/HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE:
This position can be performed completed remotely, so long as assignments are completed on time
We are located in Orange County, California. Must be able to attend Zoom meetings twice a week in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
