Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation
Monitor and assess student progress through a variety of evaluation methods and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Maintain inventory and proper functioning of robotics equipment and classroom resources
Attend professional development sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in STEM and robotics education
Build partnerships with local technology companies, colleges, and community organizations to enrich the robotics program
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration regarding student performance, curriculum updates, and program goals

Job Overview:

Mater Brickell Academy is seeking an innovative and passionate Robotics Teacher for grades 6-12 who is dedicated to inspiring students through hands-on learning and fostering an interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The Robotics Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging curriculum that integrates robotics, coding, and engineering principles. The ideal candidate will create a dynamic classroom environment where students can develop problem-solving skills, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking through the application of robotics and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive robotics curriculum for students in grades 6-12, including beginner to advanced levels.
